1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for

    • Products damaged during shipping., defective, or wrong items received.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video proof.

  • Once approved, you must ship the product back within 5 days of receiving it.

  • Returnd not accepted for this :

  • Change of mind not refund

  • Size or color preference.  not refund

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Hair accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or wrong products.

  • Replacement will be sent once we receive the returned item and verify the issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
